Warnham Parish Council is inviting all residents, businesses, and stakeholders to take part in a public consultation on the revised Parish Plan and Parish Design Statement. These important documents set out the vision for the future of our parish, including housing, community facilities, the local environment, and the design of new development.

What’s New
The Parish Council has revised both documents to align with the Horsham District Local Plan 2023–2040 and updated national planning guidance. The revisions include:

Updated policies and actions in the Parish Plan, focusing on housing, recreation, environment, and community infrastructure

Modernised design guidelines in the Parish Design Statement, promoting high-quality, sustainable, and context-sensitive development

Clearer guidance on sustainable building, biodiversity, and renewable energy integration

How to Submit: Please send your comments directly to the Parish Clerk via email, post, or in-person submission. Comments received after the deadline will not be included in the consultation process.
Next Steps
Following the consultation, the Parish Council will review all feedback and make any necessary updates to the documents. The finalised Parish Plan and Design Statement will then guide future planning and development in Warnham, ensuring that our parish grows sustainably and in line with community priorities.
